A friend and I had our handbags from Rhapsody's in Grosvenor Crossing last Friday night, and a friend of hers had her bag the week prior! Our was captured on camera. 3 bags in 1 week; video footage clearly showing the identity of 1 of the 3 - which Rhapsody's apparently doesn't see the need for sharing with the police, nor did they think it would be useful to check their dustbins or the immediate area for anything of MINE that would be of no use to the, and hence binned. This has caused me a massive inconvenience and cost me 1, 000s. So thanks for caring Rhapsody's Bryanston, NOT. I certainly won't return. Ever. Neither will anyone else I know.. Hopefully this will help you to listen to your customers instead of dissing them.
