I was so shocked by the quality of food being served at your restaurant today! I hope enough people are warned by my complaint, that it will force you to employ trained/qualified kitchen staff instead of the monkeys working in your kitchen at the moment.
A restaurant that cannot even get a basic dish like spaghetti bolognaise right, should not be allowed to serve food at all.
Rather take the sushi off your menu because the person attempting to prepare sushi, could be used elsewhere cleaning I am sure.
After waiting a very long time, only to find out after inquiring what the was going on, I was informed that there was a problem with the gas in the kitchen. No one seemed to try and think to offer complimentary drinks or even an explanation! Out of 3 dishes ordered, 3 dishes were a ridiculous disappointment. One was served cold. One looked and tasted like my 3-year old niece prepared it and the sushi was a complete flop.
I visit a restaurant to eat. Not to eat for free, so the "discount" on the bill means nothing. I was hungry and wanted to eat and pay for tasty, good-looking food.
I wont be visiting Rhapsody's Menlyn again, that is for sure.
