My wife & I had dinner at M&B Mooiriver Mall. Order placed 18h17. There were a minimal number of clients. The manager enquired about our wellbeing after we received our soft drinks at 18h25. She should have asked again if we are happy when we received our order at 19h00. Forty minutes to prepare one bean pie & salad and one dagwood with cold chips and a blue egg. My guess was that the chips were dished up 30 min previously and the egg just after that. The response of our waitress was: "Sorry sir! "
No11 served us at table no 20/1 and the check no is 8357.
The poor service, sub-standard quality of the dish and subsequent reaction of the waitress gave me no choice, sorry sir, but to broadcast it.
