Over chagred and still waiting for refund

Purchase was made on 5 March 2013. Documentation was given to the store manager two weeks ago as they were busy with renovation when I went to submit earlier. Manager gave me the nr 021 907 3897 to phone and inquire but the line has been en ganged every time I phone. It is poor customer service to over charge me and then have me wait so long to rectify a mistake.
