Over the easter weekend, my family and i went to the coast, and as we went for breakfast on the 31st March 2013, we went to the panarottis in Ushaka, the service was really bad, the waiter was firstly gettinbg fed up when we were placing our order, the food took like 45 minutes to come, and when it did arrive at the table, the order was wrong and a few items that we ordered we not served to us...
No wonder our tourist rate the service in this country bad, cause if you cant provide proper service to the residence of the country, how you going to provde good service for people touring?
It is one branch that gives the whole franchise a bad name..
cause i doubt in the near future i will even go to any panarottis in JHB
