I dont recommend any one to go here, shocking service, no management style at all. Never had a problem at cape town or PE cubana! So there is a definite problem and no excuse as it is a franchise! Staff at fourways are unfriendly, slow service, management shocking, found hair in food! No apologises! Staff dont care at all, the customer service is terrible! No words, never again!
I never got any satisfaction in terms if customer service. I hope something is done as in terms of the consumer protection act its unacceptable.
