I have to inform you of the disgusting experience we had last night at Primi LIFESTYLE.
My friends and I were there for drinks and dinner. We were sitting upstairs chatting when all of a sudden the lights get turned off and we were left sitting there in darkness. We waited to see what had happened when someone started switching the lights on and off obviously signaling that it was time for us to leave.
At no point did any manager or waiter come to us and inform us that they would like to close and ask if we would kindly leave.
We had to walk down the stairs in the dark with no one even waiting at the bottom to explain what had just happened.
As we walked out I noted that the trading hours on the door said 7am - LATE. I don't believe 10pm on a Friday night is late but if you do you should have the decency to put it on your trading hours so we can be aware of the fact.
Please inform me as to how you are going to amend this behavior so that this situation does not happen again.
