BAD SERVICE

I went to one of KFC outlets at Randburg square, where I used my card to swipe for goods which I had purchased. After a few moments the lady asked me to put in my pin again as it didnt go through. I did and decided to check my bank balance with my phone. I saw that the payment had gone through twice. I told the manager and he requested some proof. Logged into my online banking and printed out transactions for today's purchases. Gave it to him. He told me in front of customers that he coudnt accept that as I might have altered the document. I went to the baank which is now going to charge me twice for the transactions. I came back with the document from the bank and only then did he give me my money back. For me to be treated like that in front of other people was beyond humiliating. For a mistake that wasnt even mine. I vow never to use KFC again if that is how they treat the customers.
