Unacceptable Service/food and Unhelpful Manageress

On the 29/02/2013 we stopped for breakfast at the Vaal 1 Stop East. We waited over 45 minutes for three simple special beakfasts, we finished our Mega Coffees way before the food was delivered cold, the toast was paper thin and all three breakfasts came with one tiny piece of fat which was "supposedly" supposed to have been two rashers of bacon. We complained to our Waitress "Lerato" who had an awful attitude and then went to the Manageress "Beauhla" who just had a NO care attitude. We have spoken to a few people since then who have complained about this Wimpy and I can tell you that if nothing gets done about this then I will not step a foot into ANY Wimpy because I am in the Customer Service Industry and this is just totally unacceptable!!! I await your response.
