I was at Wimpy Carlton Centre in Johannesburg on a Friday afternoon with two of my friends.
We ordered food there, and within a space of 10 minutes our food was served to us, but very cold. We had 2 different waiters who did not bother to pay attention to us, when we complained about the food being dis-tasteful our complaints were met with hostile attitude from our waitress, who took it upon herself to defend the whole kitchen staff, and their cooking, sighting that such a complaint has never been voiced before and therefore implying that we do not know what we are talking about.
I am very disappointed at such poor service that was received from this establishment.
