If you cannot make toast, take it off the menu

Hello Wimpy,

I have become completely intolerant of the low-levels of service delivery in SA, and I will no longer tolerate half-assed business practices. Every day I have to deal with organizations who do not care about anything other than taking my money, and NOW I want VALUE FOR MONEY and SERVICE DELIVERY.

The device that Wimpy uses to make TOAST is a piece of rubbish; they do not work and when I order toast I want TOAST and not SLIGHTLY HEATED BREAD.

I have recently walked out of the Wimpy at the Makro in Woodmead without paying, after eating half of my Farmhouse Breakfast because, after sending my toast back to the kitchen with a complaint, they were unable to produce PROPER TOAST.

This morning I complained to the manageress at the Wimpy on Empire Road, Johannesburg (who is clearly an) because once again, after very carefully explaining to the waitress that I want TOAST, she brought me SLIGHTLY HEATED BREAD instead. I sent back her pathetic toast and she brought me SOME MORE SLIGHTLY HEATED BREAD!!

Please get rid of your stupid useless devices that you try to make toast with, and get proper toasters. If you cannot make toast then stop advertising toast on your menus
