On the 24/03 was my mother in laws birthday so we decided to take her out for breakfast. We got there the ladies at the door ignored us, they were too engrossed in their own conversation. A waiter approached us and seated us. Another waiter took our order. We ordered 3 breakfast and a few sides. A few minutes later we ordered a garlic roll that arrived 15 minutes later with the teas. We waited 30 minutes more a total of 45 minutes since we arrived. The neighbouring couple complained as well, people who came after us were already eating and they ordered the same as us. There was one Muslim manager who just blamed the waiter and did nothing. There was another manager Iqram he came took charge of the situation and within 5 minutes our food was there but one wrong order which he corrected. The spoons had black grit and grim on it that was disgusting. Iqram apologized to us and tried to compensate us. He took our phone numbers and gave us a follow up call the next day. He made us feel valued as customers he took ownership of the problem most importantly he didnt just blame his staff. This man is truly an asset to your business because he realises the importance of return business. WELL DONE IQRAM
