The most terrible service experienced!

Apon placing my order at Debonairs, payment was made by Credit card, from which I immediately received an SMS of verification for the payment going through. The cashier then said that the payment did not reflect and took barely 5 minutes to reconsider her statement and say that if there was a problem I will be contacted the next day. I was the first to arrive and place my order, yet 45 or more minutes later, people that came in after me had left long before me with their orders and I was still waiting. The cashier then tells me that the order was placed late due to the order going through late which initially took 5 minutes so I don't understand where the delay was. We still haven't revived the pizza or the money back and we had asked the cashier to please sign the receipt to say that payment was made and we have not received our food but they all refused and ignored us point blank. So we left tired and hungry after a long day. This has been the most disgusting service I have ever experienced to date. I expect more from places people take their time to support.
