On Saturday 6th April I went to Just Cuban after making a reservation on Tuesday and subequenctly confirming the booking saturday morning. I had bought a groupon deal for 8 people and was utilising the deal for the meal.
When we arrived despite making 2 calls and confirming my reservation, I was placed at the smoking area as no arrangement were made. Thereafter mu husband ordered jack daniels with lime cordial, the waiter came with jack daniels on the rocks. One of my friends ordered cranberry juice where we were told that it is too sour. The groupon deal specifed that we can choose 1 out of the 4 meals, we were informed that there is only 3 meals (lamb chops being one of them) we can choose from. Once we have chosen later the waiter came saying that there is only lamb chops enough for 4 people. i complained & asked to see the manager (no accountability) who clearly was not interested in hearing me out and the waiter came to inform me that we can have t-bone as a replacement. The waiter eventually took the order with specifications of how we would like our meat to be cooked, but still didnt get it right. 2 plates came at a time and by the time the others came, the food was c
