Hi there
I've received a call from the manager at the Observatory branch. He
said that I should come to the branch when I'm free.
When I arrived there no one recalls about the complaint or my name or
anything relating to the matter. I was very disapointed that they not
keeping track of complaints or the matter that I infromed careline
about. This service is unacceptable. I will not spend more money on
petrol to drive all the way to that branch and no one recalls anything
or file complaints or matters.
I've never received such bad service from McDonald or dealt with such
imcompetency.
