I'm Chantel Van Staden & I already sent a complaint through I think on 30/11/13 Saturday night already, but still no reply yet. We ordered our food at this branch - the service was fast no probs, but then we just wanted more tomato sachets &cashier say only 2sachets allowed - so we spoke to the manager & he also say the same thing & why would we want more tomatoe sachets - trying to get techinical with an attitude & he had a long queue & still have time to argue over sachets thats for free. It doesn't matter how many sachets we want- all the other branches gives us more- why is he different?
So we say no then we want a refund - we don't want the burgers (me & my husband) - so he would rather refund us our money instead of giving us free sachets & loose out on money, which he did & we got our money & we went to McDonalds - their competition & I have no complaints there at all.
Whats up with that rather refunding us & not giving us extra 2-4sachets?
