So, I have had issues here before. The manager or owner called. Big sorry and all that, but heres the thing... this outlet is just useless, When you employ low grade staff you get... anyway.
I needed 4 cans of Coke. Thats all. I know you are more expensive, but you were closest to the Ice Rink. I asked for and paid cash for 4 cans. I then had to 'wait" for my order... are you brewing Cokes. I finally lost it, walked around - took my coke and left.
Dont bother to call or get the boss to call... this is empty talk. last time I was told all sorts of stuff and generally dont do Steers anymore. Should have known better. I will next time and go direct to McDonalds instead. I have nothing to loose by this - and this little event will go down well in the social media...
