I am yet again amazed at the shocking and pathetic service i have recieved from Steers Amalgam.
I placed a order 2:30 hours ago and it has still not arrived. I have phoned 6 times and every time have spoken to the manager. Her reply is "the driver has just left and he will be there now". So she keeps lying to the customer because she has no idera what is going on in the store.
On the last phone call she says I must phone her boss/owner and tell him what is going on so he can try get the order out. What sort of pathetic substandard service is this? What sort of staff does steers employ that are so useless?
