Over the past year and a half, I have numerouslyphoned the owner, and have gone back to either take back products, that was missing /order, old, or cold and fatty (like tonight) etc.
Everytime the owner listened, offered to rectify, or replaced.
Tonight, I went to this Steers branch, and ordered a "Cheese burger and coke combo".. and paid in cash. So when it was time to get my order, I was told "eish Sorry Sir, we do not have coke in cans..." And then I told the cashier that she took my order, she rang it, I paid, and ONLY NOW she wants to tell me that they do not have Coke in Cans???
And upon getting home, my Burger was COLD and FATTY... So I got into my car, drove all the way back, and gave it back. And eventually got a warm, fresh burger, and was "offered to have fresh warm chips"... Which I declined.
This was the last time, that I bought from this Steers. You will not miss my business, and I won't have to take this anymore. And o yes Martin (owner). I was the guy that phoned you twice at 19h20. Without you answering. Sunday or not.
Take aways is not cheap, ONLY convenient. And NEITHER is FUEL @8.5km/L, at 12km (twice for an "unavailable Coke", burger, chip) Bargain?
