I returned a bun with a bad smell that I bought for lunch, asked for manager and Themba came and enquired about my complaint. I told him and he apologized without hesitation and asked what he can do for the inconvinience this has caused me and I said just a replacement however he went a step further and offered me a quarter meal and chips with a freindly smile and reiterated his apology. Outstanding Customer service, Thunbs Up Nandos.
