BAD SERVICE AT NINOS GATEWAY Halaal or haraam?

We went to ninos gateway on sunday 31 march. We were a party of 14.The waiter took 15 minutes to take our ordser as he kept walking away to see to other guests while we were giving the order. Then he got our order totally wrong. It took over 30 minutes for our food to come and some of it was wrong. He completly forgot 1 meal and 5 drinks. When we asked him he said the food is coming. We all finished eating and still the one dish did not come. When we went in the back and asked the manager Musa he could not give us an answer. 5 min later the food came and the prawns had a lemon and herb sauce on them and were raw! The waiter Sbu was clearly intoxicated and smelling of alcohol. The other guy who was helping to bring the food was also intoxicated and kept arguing with us! Extremely bad service and how can you be halaal and have staff who smell of alcohol!
