3wks wait. DISGUSTING SERVICE from Rosebank branch

Extremely inconsiderate manager at your branch in Rosebank. People come there to spend hard earned money and get appalling food and service. Waiters and managers there walk around arrogantly as if they are doing their customers a favour. The food looks so good on the menu, but when you receive the food is cold, unpleasant and even the waiter fails to re heat the food.

It is as if the cook their drinks and ciders at Ninos Rosebank because, THEY TAKE SO LONG to bring the drinks. Im not talking for twenty people. just coffee refil and a passion fruit and lemonade.
The Woolworths microwave pasta taste better then their ONE SERVING of Pasta Ham Alfredo. The Manager Chris gets complains from Head office for 3wks waiting AND STILL DOES NOT RESPOND with a solution.
Hd office has meetings with him about one customer cmplaint and he still fails TO CONTACT the customer and resolve the matter.
The Manager Chris has an Ego, which the customers don't have an appetite for. He is arrogant, unreliable UNPROFESSIONAL, lousy. He is just lucky he had the money to buy a franchise. He brings down the NINOS brand and continues to undermine black customers who pay. Someone better respond! lstwarning
