24 June. No Whopper patties. A special on 2 other burgers. A 30 minute wait. Decide you are thirsty, empty cup handed to me, I ask: "sorry, but where is the cool drink? " Go around the side & help yourself as often as you like. Burgers were tasty, hot, visible lettuce, tomato & onion, not too salty, mayo & another sauce, so saucy enough for me. Bun, warm, fresh and just right. Chips were hot & not too salty. My companion had been given tomato sauce & mayo sachets, me no mayo. Companions milkshake had turned to milk in the wait, was replaced, onion rings did not fare too well, cold & bit soggy. 8 July, accompanied by 2 others to BK, Foreshore, CT. 20 min wait to get in, 6 minute wait for food. No cool drink machines operating. I get given a can of cool drink instead - not cold. While waiting for my food, I see someone else has a cup with ice in it; I have to ask for one. If you upsize you cannot get a 500 ml cool drink, as the can is 330ml. Burger and chips ice cold, all over salted, no detectable mayonnaise, tomato sauce etc. Last week, call, no answer for 3 days. On Monday I get through and asked for the gentleman I had spoken to before - he will call you.
