My name is Thabisa Nzuzo, yesterday i hosted a Girls Afternoon Tea for
Teenage girls. We started our book club & we planned to have pizzas
for our snacks.
We called Debonairs in Mdantsane City at 17h27 & werer attened by
Mbutuma Nosisa. We waited & at 18h25 i called again to follow up on
our order and was told that the driver was on his way.
Then at 18h40 he came to deliver & that was after 70mins. So i would
like to know were we not suppose to get our pizzas for free?
We all read the information at the back of the pamphlet that we get
with our slips & it says delivery for 40min or free.
As for the Red sticker that guarentees Hotness of the pizza, i dont
believe they would be still sooo hot after more than hour. Please
advise me if I am wrong!
Yesterday was our first gathering in launching our Book club & we are
intending to meet on monthly bases, we were discussing so many things
from moral ethics to our personal issue. It was such a bad experience
such a bad service.
Kindly respond to us as we wait for your responce.
I even sent 2 email to their email but i havent received any responce yet.
