We had Lunch on a sunny Sunday afternoon at Phuket Thai Restaurant on the Camps Bay strip. Not only did we wait 20 mins for our drinks (we were only two people) and our drinks arrived 10 minutes apart, but the food took long to reach us. Our starters (sushi) took around 20 mins for two VERY small plates and the main meals took around 45 minutes! The staff was never around to be asked for more drinks / service / how long the food will take. The two other sets of customers around us was also getting quite upset (one being a Mr. Delivery guy waiting for his order!!). Not only that, I got really sick last night from the food I ate at their restaurant and my boyfriend is also now sick too.
Camps Bay has a certain standard in the food restaurants around there - this one most definitely doesn't serve food up to standards. Do you really want to eat at a restaurant that can potentially make you sick?
