We ordered some Pizza from the store and my Fiance lives in Ennerdale however, when the delivery guy came to the house and called they did not hear the phone ring and so she called again to find out where they were and this guy (Nicholas manager) told her that they will not deliver the Pizza and she has to fetch it herself. So we drove there and got there and this guy could not even apologize to her and had an arrogant look on his face and when i asked what the story was he had an attitude like he is doing us a favor, as though he does not need customers and when i told him that we will take this further he actually dared me to go ahead and this was said in front of other customers. We are so disappointed in this hence he is the manager of that franchise and what message does that give his subordinates. We do not want to even go there but have no other option as the other shops are too to drive to for food especially that time of the night. I dont think that guy has what it takes to be a manager and has no clue what the Consumer Protection Act is and should study that before having such a duty as manager of the store.
