On numerous previous occasions I have ordered for delivery pizza for one, ie small or medium, under R50. Today I phoned at 1754, an Afrikaans lady answered. as per normal I placed my order for a standard Four Seasons pizza for delivery, just to be told that they cannot deliver for under R50. My record on their system will show that I have ordered and have had delivered for under R50, as close as this week past. I was offered no alternative. I said good bye and she hanged up without a goodbye. I phoned back at 1803, thinking let me order then a medium (not knowing its the same as a standard), an English gent answered, I was told in no uncertain terms that I will have to order something extra with my pizza, when I asked for alternative choices he sighed and just repeated the whole thing. I expressed my disappointment and he just hanged up! Now I live two blocks from them, and can probably walk down, but having bathed and being on my own, I cannot understand the rudeness and unhelpfullness! I will not order their again and will not recommend this branch in any way! Sorely disappointed as I love a nice pizza!
