I am done with Debonairs!

Been wanting to write this a while ago already, but been out of town. On 19 October 2013, we ordered our pizzas online. When we received our pizza's, the one order was INCORRECT AGAIN! I ordered a Four Seasons Pizza (no salami, spare rib extra and no onions, pineapple extra). There was NO pineapple on the pizza. When I phoned them and spoke to the manager, he said that that is how they received the order from the Call Centre. I said that I basically paid for an extra topping that I did not receive. I also asked me if he has contact details of the Call Centre or a contact person, and he replied that he doesn't. So, at the end of the day, who do you complain to? There was no assistance whatsoever and needless to say the pizza was unappetizing without the pineapple. It is also the same orders we normally place. We have had several complaints with wrong pizza orders and non-delivery of pizza orders. Surely it can not happen so often to one person. I would hate to think how many complaints there really are! I have now seriously decided I would rather drive 30km's to get a good quality pizza with good service than order from Debonairs ever again! It just doesnt get better!
