I would like to agree with the other complaints on this site - Why is your staff trained to ask 'would you like single or double cheese', without informing their clients that the cost is in fact extra?
This is misleading! They are trained to make it sound like it's not at an extra cost? Is your company really going that low to try and money from your clients??
I don't want a pretentious call from your complaints division, do us all a favour and actually DO SOMETHING about it instead of a 'copy and paste' reply...
