FIRST TIME I WAS SWEARED AT BY A WAITRESS

I was really disgusted at the service i got from your restaurant in Ermelo (Mpumalanga). Its not the first time or the second time something of this nature happens to me at the very same Spur. Its some thing that has always been happening there. RUBBISH waitresses with no respect and no customer care. The place is dirty and FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE AT YOUR RESTAURANT I WAS SWEARED AT BY A WAITRESS because i complained to the manager (Kivit) about the dirty table. The manager did noting about our query as the girls were laughing at us when we were leaving the restaurant. One of the waitresses laughed in such a way that she fell on the floor gigling". I am really appalled at such behaviour as I know your establishments throughout South Africa to be associated with great food and excellent service. Ive heard friends complaining as well about the staff and the service. I am a family card holder and have never experienced such in any of your branches in Gauteng. NOT COOL
