I hereby write this complaint as a very sad and flabbergasted loyal customer
Naturally I live in Brackenfell therefore the nearest is Nandos Brackenfell. The welcome and warmth and having the extra sauce, Today however i am livid this lady helps with my order and I asked for condiments which she DID NOT INCLUDE IN The 1ST Place. When I ask for an extra sauce she takes out and lectures me that this is very wrong as regular chips and quarter chicken meal with 4 rolls get's one periperi sauce sachet (order number 75 at 10:25pm). I then say it should be stated somewhere as this is the first time I hear of it. Just two hours prior I had bought a festive meal with 4 extra rolls plus jumbo chips from the same place my order was number 4 at around 18:45 and got 12 sachets of periperi sauce. So i highlight the inconsistency and every other time they have always given me an extra packet without any explanation. WHAT REALLY IRRITATED ME WAS SHE kept it in her hand and holding me summon to her repetitive explanation as if I am her employee. I then asked if we must cancel the order and reorder a large in order to qualify for a suddenly expensive extra packet of periperi condiment.
