I was on my way to work today and stopped quickly to get a toasted sandwhich for myself and 3 collegues.
I popped into the Rivonia petrol station with the steers on, in Rivonia road.
The lady behind the till had no idea what was going on - she couldn't get my very easy order right, I had to explain 4 - 5 times.
The order then went through - and then I waited - 3 other people came in and got their orders before me - after also asking them 2 - 3 times what they wanted - including a burger and another toasted sandwhich.
I then asked why it was taking so long - she said the menu had changed?
She then also got an order wrong.
Really annoyed I left 25 mins later with a gross sandwhich.
