We've been for breakfast before and the smoking area was dirty and very smelly. There are windows to vent the place since clearly no effort is made to make it smell better at least. Once again get there, open some windows since the smoking area is in the sun with no aircons. Order soft fried eggs, get hard fried aggs, cold food and had to ask for our toast. Coffee was dilicious as always. For the fisrt time I had to use your ladies room.. Oh my, is was disgusting, the seat was up and it was full of OLD sticky urine, I had to wrap toilet paper on the seat and hoped I wount pick up any germs. To top this all off its very close to the kitchen. We use to be very regular and loyal clients of your kimberley branch many years ago. After relocating we realized it was just kimberley that had good food and good service, its not a "brand" thing just an excellent branch. We haven't been supporting Panarottis for some time. Just know we difinatly wount be back for more. Digusting!! Don't phone me or leave a message how sorry you are about our experience or invite us back, we are not interested!!!
