After my complaint on 13/3/2013 I received a call from the branch manager to inform me that they have upgraded their service levels. Tried then again last night. Incomplete order arrives - they say the specific special is not valid anymore but it is clearly indicated on the slip. Once again... Good product but service really poor. They convinced us to stay with them after the last complaint but we will definitely not use them again.
