HI, I'm regular customer of debonairs, I always receive good service in various branches beside the Montague Gardens branch in Cape Town.
I always buy over counter. All other branches serves my order average of 15mins with friendliness. However in Montague Gardens' branch, I been there 3 times, first 2 times in average I got my order in 25-30mins (for over counter purchase, and they are not busy). Today, I wait 52mins for my over count purchase (only 1 89.99 pizza) when I enquired, I been informed they are searching my pizza and I MUST just need to wait (with very Impatient voice) finally they realised they gave the pizza to wrong customer (delivery) and when I request to get money back because I do not wait anymore they refused and said again I MUST just need to wait. When i complaint to the manager (her name is Esther) she is not helping at all and said to me if I want to phone or log complaint please do. I really like your pizza, but today's experience was not very nice. for your reputation please do something about the branch.
