I went to have my hair done, with Salon Highwaves. (Shop 10 Richdens Village Centre, cnr Old main and Hospital road. Hillcrest. )Not my usual. The hair dresser, Amy! doing my hair said she had her own home salon, previously.
I said to her after my hair is done, I wasn't to sure about the blonde she put in my hair.
Returning the next day, I had the owner plus her husband confronting me with aggresive confrontational behviour. The husband of which isn't a hairdresser giving his input about my hair, calling a very old hairdresser to come give advice. I had "bleeding" of the highlights under my hair. So the conceded to ONE high light???
All the while the husband harrassing me sitting next to me and antagonising me, with trying to "talk".. I wans't interested and asked him to leave me alone, I had my kids with me, and I just wanted to get it fixed up, and leave never to return!
It was the most disgustion behaviour I have ever encountered of aggression, from service orientated industy I have had in my 16 or so years of hair dressing. Their customer service is appauling!!! VERY VERY BAD attitude from their tattooed and staff.
