Freshly fried false weave found in food

I had taken my family to spur bergvliet had ordered a surf and turf, wife had ordered lamb chops, 2x kiddies
Vienna's and chips, cut a long story short, (1) one of the Lady's were working in the kitchen without a hair net, my wife and myself received our food 20 minutes before our kids received there food,
i had started eating my food when i looked down under my calamari, there was a freshly fried piece of false hair. i nearly hurled my guts out. when leaving i had asked the manager on duty why was there a woman working in the kitchen without a hairnet, he had responded they were short staff, does that make it right that the staff do not have to wear hair nets because they are short staffed, i even seen the manager go into the kitchen without a hair net, the manager was a short young white guy
black hair, a real chip on his shoulder, i will never ever take my family to bergvliet spur. thats for sure i can remember going during the day but the date i cant remember, the experience i will never forget.
