My family & i went to the raj indian restaurant in camps bay cape town. we ordered a vegetarian briyani. as we were dishing out for ourselves we noticed what looked like meat pieces. so called the waiter to have a look who then confirmed that it was meat pieces. we then asked to speak to the manager as this was unacceptable & needed to be corrected. all the manager said was, it happens sometimes when they using spoons to dish out. what was shocking though was that as an indian man he should have understood the significance about being vegetarian especially on religious bases & make a rule to keep dishes clean when handling vegetarian orders. he himself said the waiter understands as he was vegetarian too..so why the mess up then?!
