I purchased a meal from Copper Chimney Beachfront and paid by credit card. When I received my statement I found that I was charged twice for the same amount.(I only have one slip) I contacted a Ali who said that he was the manager. After explaining my problem to him he said that he would look into the matter and get back to me. After three days I phoned again and he said they are still looking into the matter. I made six calls and everytime was given the same excuse. On my eight call I asked to speak to the owner. Ali said that he does not have his details but would get it for me and phone me back which he never did. On my tenth call he gave me a number 0746191055 and said the owners name is Imraan. I tried six times to get hold of Imraan and everytime I leave messages on his voicemail. He has not yet responded or returned my call. I went onto their website and got an e-mail address and forwarded my complaint and have not heard from them. All I want is my money back
PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT as they seem to be a group of thugs and their attitude!!! (as can be seen from all the other complainants.
