Yesterday (after a previous encounter already with bad quality) i decided to go back to this branch and get supper. The quality of the food at this branch is pathetic. I spent over R100 to buy x3 quarter chicken meals of which all were dry and had no flavour at all-let me re-iterate this, it was VERY VERY DRY and not nice at all. One meal was wrong as well (leg piece instead of breast piece). Then to top it all off, the chicken was the smallest pieces i have ever seen in my life. I am not exaggerating about any of this, nando's is my favorite place to eat take-out and i still do like Nando's but my complaint is about this branch - they need to step it up! They have now lost a customer permanently. I demand a full refund as R100 is alot these days and i will not waste hard earned money on food which my family and i hardly ate of because of the poor quality!
