I bought a Nando's burger and chips at the Sunninghill branch (Chilli Lane Shopping Centre). The chicken was dry and hard and the bun was stale. Very poor quality considering the price paid for the meal. Extremely disappointing. I have bought Nando's overseas previously (New Zealand) and it is of much better quality than here in South Africa where it originated. It is very sad that the country of origin of this brand does not consider their customers important enough to offer good quality and fresh ingredients. They can learn something from the New Zealand franchises.
