I bought a butterfly twist franchise in South Africa. The brand is suppose to sell foldable shoes. The service from the franchisor has been unsatisfactory from the onset. It has been one set back after the other. The biggest of them all has been shoes not being delivered at the store even though they have been paid for. Excuses for non delivery have been bank holidays in England, Customs clearance in London. Shoes in Johannesburg but no one knows where they are. This has in turn caused an embarrassment to everyone concerned. From customers to my self as a seller. The franchisor in South Africa needs to repair their image. I WILL NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO BUY THIS FRANCHISE, even if the promise from them sounds good. Statistics say otherwise.
