Speedy response and Apology

On the 09/03/2013. We had our daughters 3rd birthday party at Mikes Kitchen. Somehow our booking was not booked and set for that date and when we got there, they were not aware of the party we booked. Without much hassle, the owner Heindrich Leverink said he will set up and arranged quickly a spot for us, he advised that we should forward the booking confirmation Monday morning so he can have a look into it. The party did not go as well as it would have which is expected because of the fact they this was not well prepared. I was a bit unhappy and when I forwarded the booking, i explained what made me unhappy. With no question Heindrich responded very speedily and made no excuses and apologised politely and incuded a R500.00 voucher (Which I really did not expect) Now, 1stly he assisted us without knowing for sure that we did book and then 2ndly, made no excuses and basically gave more than half of our money back in a voucher form. Now that is brilliant service!!! I have never had problems with our daughters party and family members kids parties there. Service was always great. Well done on such great complaints handling Heindrich! See you soon Mikes Kitchen Milnerton!
