We went to Toureiro on 1 February '13.A lady at the entrance of Toureiro showed us Klipdrift Gold merchandise & advised us that for every double Klipdrift Gold we buy, we get a Klipdrift Gold t-shirt /set of Klipdrift Gold coasters/Klipdrift Gold Whiskey glass for free. She added that we have to order the whiskey before 19:00, then we can choose what we want from the merchandise. We started ordering our drinks before 19:00, which consisted of a bottle of wine, 1Hunters Gold, 1Brutal Fruit & 6Klipdrift Gold specials. The waiter brought our drinks, but only 2Klipdrift Gold specials & a coke we didn't even ask for. I asked him were's the rest of the Klipdrift Gold & he looked very confused, he brought the other 4Klipdrift Gold. I then asked him for the Brutal Fruit & he was even more confused, he then disappeared & I asked the manager, she told me that they don't stock Brutal Fruit. Jimmy was the worst waiter ever!! When everyone was done eating, we paid the bill. We went to the front desk & asked for our Klipdrift Gold merchandise, so we had to receive 6 items. The ladies said the Klipdrift rep already left, but they'll contact us when they've received our merchandise. We're still waiting for their call!
