Fooled me twice

Good day.
on Saturday the 2nd of March I went to the new McD's in Durbanville, please note a 24hour store. only to walk into closed doors, and a chair in the middle of the drive through.with staff inside. i sent my boyfriend inside to find out what was going on as there is a huge sign outside which clearly states 24hours, just to find out their card machine is not working, now this can happen, no problem. There were also no chips! we explained we can pay cash and that no chips is unacceptable and they had to make some, we will wait. was then helped.
a week later on the 9th of March, the same issue occurred! an entire week later and the card payment issue has not been resolved?!
Furthermore the ordering voice at the drive through explained to us that there are no soft drinks, another technical fault. we asked for milkshakes instead and was told this is all in order.
at the window to pick up our order and we get handed powerade's? when we asked about the milkshake we were answered with a snotty attitude that there are no milkshakes. seriously?
Finally after a 5 minute discussion we gave up and decided to settle for orange juice.
This from a leading fast food chain. disappointing.
