I thought I'd be over this experience by now but I'm still upset. This morning I went Mcdonalds at Jabulani Mall to get myself breakfast. When I got to the till there was noone. This guy (I'm not going to mention name) came to assist me. I ordered a mega mcmuffin meal, mega mcmuffin burger, small fries and hot chocolate. This guy punched an egg muffin. Told him I never ordered that, he called his manager to void it. Then this guy called this other lady to punch the order because he doesn't know how to operate the till. This lady refused but then I asked her to help the guy out. She punched my order but then told me she doesn't know how to punch a hot chocolate on the till. I got so mad and started screaming. The manager did not bother to come check out the situation until I asked for a manager. Upon his arrival, he told me he was sorry and that the guy and the lady are traimnees and the well traimed are absent. How on earth is thar my problem? And why were traineesle left unsupervised? I buy breakfast there every saturday with my friends and sometimes my lunch but after this epxerience, I'm never going back trust me
