I went into Mcdonalds Fordsburg this morning in anticipating to have breakfast. At the counter I placed my order of which all I requested for was a Egg Mcmuffin and to remove the meat. I asked for an egg and cheese on a roll, that they should replace the muffin with a roll. I was told by Millicent the shift manager that they don't do that. I have been to Fordsburg Mcdonalds a few times and had no problem with that order previously. Today it seemed to be a problem. She seemed very disinterested and she wanted me to take this up with Head Office. I told her to speak to her branch manager. She comes back to me after a few mins. She wanted to charge me for the egg mcmuffin and a hamburger. She expected me to pay R15.00 for the egg mcmuffin and a 8.50 for a hamburger. Just to substitute a muffin for a roll, I had to pay double. Where is customer service? Where is the morals of this woman being a manager. An international company like Mcdonalds hires such incompetent staff that knows nothing about satisfying a customer. I am disgusted at the Fordsburg Mcdonalds branch. They have a total don't care attitude.
