I am a keen supported of rugby and Castle. What better place to go and watsh a game enjoy a cold one and have a beer. I had 2 drafts. my wife ordered tatoo skins and my daughter 4 years old wanted chips/fries. The skins was drenched in oil, 8 thinly sliced skins, 2 of them didn't even have cheese on, the avo was un edible, so bad was the taste - R52. The chips came in a small bowl, I counted 12 chips - R18. A draft R25.
for the past years coming to Margate for holiday I always went to the Keg.
Last year between 13 march and 26 March with a Castle Scratch promotion me and my dad won 2 cooler bags and 3 key rings - They couldn't give me the any of the prizes and their excuse was that some of the staff have taken it. The manager was away on vacation to some tropical island and no one took responsibility. I left it there because of how high I rated Keg in general. They will never see me again.
