I received the incorrect product

I purchased a cheese burger and large chips from from Steers Town Square on Saturday, 2 February 2013 (Chk 3806), processed by Yvonne. When I got home, I noticed that the burger and bun were a lot smaller than they normally are, and when I started eating the burger, there was not cheese on it. I did not receive what I paid for - CHEESE burger of the correct size.

I have never had an issue with Steers Town Square - in fact, it is the best Steers I've ever been to - but this is very disappointing.

I would like an explanation and most definitely a refund of some kind.
