1. Pizza was delivered 1 hour 10mins later from when the actual call was made. Distance from my house to the supplier is 3km.
2. When Pizza was delivered, the delivery guy gave me an excuse of how my pizza what not placed with the delivery section but stood on the counter. Which explains my next point:
3. Presentation of the pizza was extremely poor. Pizza was a chicken Triple Dekker and there was hardly chicken on it. There was some red chilli tomatoes sauce on which was not asked for and as far as I know does not belong on a triple dekker. The bottom layer was as dry as a desert. Choked upon it while eating it. My guess is this pizza was standing on the counter way too long. Or baked to long. There was hardly cheese on.
4. When calling the shop, I asked to speak to the manager. It took her about 5mins to get to the phone. She asked to have the pizza returned and offered nothing in return. Pizza was for a kiddies sleep over and was their supper 4 the evening. I then had to wait 4 an alternate delivery from a different supplier. It was 9pm at the time and everyone was hungry.
5. I called back 3 times there after but was put on hold for over 5 mins each time.
